About FortniteRenders
FortniteRenders is an independent fan project that rebuilds Fortnite outfits in Blender and publishes them as free 4K transparent renders and rigged 3D models, for YouTube thumbnails, illustrations, edits and other fan creations. It is not affiliated with, approved, sponsored or endorsed by Epic Games.
What you will find here
- 4K transparent PNG renders of each outfit, with one render per style when the outfit has several (colours, masks, reactive or removable parts).
- The Blender 3D model (.blend) used for the render: rigged, with its materials already set up, so you can pose the character yourself.
- Guides and news about new outfits, illustrated with our renders, for example how to make a Fortnite YouTube thumbnail.
How the renders are made
The renders are not screenshots. Each outfit is rebuilt from the game's own data: its meshes, its textures and the material graphs Unreal Engine uses to shade it. Our pipeline translates those graphs node by node into Blender shaders, so ink outlines on cartoon skins, glass, metals, iridescent paints and glowing parts behave the way they do in the game instead of being imitated by hand.
Every style is then rendered separately, from the front, in a neutral pose, on a transparent background. Before an outfit goes live, its renders are compared side by side with the official images, style by style: a render that does not match is fixed and redone rather than published.
What comes next
The catalogue lists every outfit released in Fortnite, and new renders go live every day. Outfits are processed in alphabetical order and the most requested ones move up the queue: on the page of an outfit that is not rendered yet, you can vote for it or ask to be told by email when it is ready.
